When I picture a "Diner" in my mind, the first thought is its an American description of a type of restaurant.
That type of restaurant has cushioned seats at the counter, a pot of coffee brewing, apple pie with your coffee, free top-ups of coffee when you run low and booths to sit down by a window with a clatterboard type menu at each table. A jukebox in the corner? Romantic notions I know.
This has none of that. No one brings your food to the table, they shout to let you know it's ready at the counter. No jukebox, multiple TVs playing depressing News 24/7.
This a chipper with seats, plain and simple. The food is average and the service non existent because they don't bring your food to you. This needs a complete makeover of service, attitudes and name because nothing about this experience is romantic.

Friendly staffAtmosphere
I went here today with my daughter to eat something. We choose a pizza and drinks, and pizza and i had a very positive experience. Pizza was lovely, better than the average. Staff was also friendly, and good atmosphere, with TV and some interesting decorations. Its so nice when you see some efforts put that makes your day just better. If i pass by, will return. Recommend!
How my pizza came disgusting!
